Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, and Head of the Criminal Investigation Authority under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), led a high-ranking delegation of the MPS to attend the 89th International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) General Assembly, from November 23 to 25 in Turkey.

Vietnam always treasures relations with France and expects that the two nations will join hands in developing the bilateral strategic partnership more effectively and practically, said the top lawmaker.
