HANOI - Party Committee of General Political Department of Public Security (GPD) kicked off a training course on Party work on October 11th for 148 members of Party Executive Committee of block X, academies, universities and colleges in the north.

TIEN GIANG - Lieutenant General Le Van De, Deputy General Director of General Political Department (GPD) chaired the workshop.

Sen. Lieut. Gen. Luong Cuong, Head of the General Politics Department of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), received in Hanoi on September 19 a delegation of the Chinese Central Military Commission’s Political Work Department office led by Major General Yin Hongwen.
