Regulations on Emulation and Commendation

TIEN GIANG - Lieutenant General Le Van De, Deputy General Director of General Political Department (GPD) chaired the workshop.


General Political Department (GPD) of Ministry of Public Security held a workshop on October 6th to build regulagions on Emulation and Commendation of Public Security Forces in the southern.

The workshop drew the participation of 30 delegations from related agencies of MPS in the southern Vietnam. Lieutenant General Le Van De, Deputy General Director of GPD chaired the workshop.

At the workshop, representatives of local public security agencies discussed about the 3 Drafts including: Special Commendation Criteria, Commendation Procedures, Building rating system for National Security Movement.

As for the Circular 40, leaders of local public security forces also proposed standards to award the Emulation Fighter title, etc. 

Concluding the workshop, Lieutenant General Le Van De highly appreciated the comments and ideas of local public security agencies while suggesting some important parts for the Draft. He stated that relevant agencies will continue editing the Draft in accordance with practice.
