NA adopts Law on Transfer of Sentenced Persons
The National Assembly (NA) approved the Law on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons with the endorsement of an overwhelming majority of its deputies.
Law on Extradition, Law on Transfer of Sentenced Persons submitted to NA for approval
Under the authority of the Prime Minister, Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang delivered summary reports on two law projects, namely the Law on Extradition and the Law on Transfer of Sentenced Persons to the National Assembly (NA) at its 9th session, on the morning of May 24, 2025.
