The Ministry of Public Security organized a ministerial-level scientific conference entitled “Measures to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization methods to protect national security, social order and safety in the current situation”, on August 21st, in Hanoi.
Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security (MPS), on February 14, worked with Mr. Pham Tat Thang, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization (CCMM) on the organization of a conference to review the coordination on mass mobilization between the MPS and the CCMM for 2016-2021 period and sign a new coordination program.
