All five students of the Hanoi Amsterdam High School for the Gifted have taken two gold, one silver and two bronze medals at the 14th International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA) recently held in Colombia.

PSNews - The Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the Vietnamese team participating in the 50th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) which concluded in Tel Aviv, Israel, on July 14.

All eight Vietnamese students of 12th grade won medals at the 20th Asian Physics Olympiad, according to the Ministry of Education and Training’s Education Quality Assurance Department on May 12. 

The Vietnamese team have brought home 7 gold, 7 silver and 6 bronze medals along with 16 certificates of excellence from the 12th ASEAN Skills Competition which took place in Nonthaburi, Thailand from August 26 to September 5. 

PSNews - The Department of Quality Management under the Ministry of Education and Training revealed on July 29 that all five Vietnamese students have won medals, including two golds, at the 49th International Physics Olympiad. 

PSNews - All 6 Vietnamese students brought home medals from the 59^th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2018) held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania recently. These medals include 1 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals.

PSNews-On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation between Vietnam and the Laos, on July 18, the People’s Revolutionary Party and State of Laos held a ceremony to award the Lao National Gold Medals and First Class Medals of Freedom, the highest award of the Lao Party and State, to senior leaders of Vietnam.

PSNews-The Vietnamese Team, which participated in the VII World Mathematics Team Championship (WMTC), have recorded outstanding results.

Vietnam has taken the top spot among 23 participating nations at the 2016 International Mathematics and Science Olympiad for Primary School with seven gold, two silver and three bronze medals in terms of mathematics, according to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
