General To Lam, Politburo’s Member and Minister of Public Security, leading a delegation visited officers and soldiers of the Police Aviation Regiment under the Mobile Police Command on the occasion of the upcoming 2022 Lunar New Year.

The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) debuted the Police Aviation Regiment (PSAR) in a ceremony chaired by Minister General To Lam on October 11.
