Le Van Luong memorial site recognized as National heritage
Hung Yen provincial authorities on March 27 held an incense offering ceremony in dedication to communist Le Van Luong on his 110th birthday (March 28, 1912-2022), and received a certificate recognized his memorial site in Nghia Tru commune, Van Giang district as a national heritage.
