Minister To Lam attends event to launch program of building homes for the poor in Hung Yen
The Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee and the Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province organized a ceremony to respond to the program "Joining hands to build houses for poor households and victims of Agent Orange in Hung Yen province in 2023,” on the afternoon of March 13, 2023.
