Hanoi first grader wins traffic safety slogan contest
A first grade pupil from Hanoi has won the special prize of a slogan contest for the “Traffic Safety in Vietnam with Doraemon” 2018-2019 programme.

The Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security in collaboration with the Mainichi Newspaper launched a contest to compose slogans for the program “Doraemon with traffic safety in Vietnam,” on September 6.
