Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To chaired a conference on social insurance work in the People's Public Security Forces, on March 14, 2023, in Hanoi.

The Vietnam Social Security (VSS) targets 32.3 percent of the workforce nationwide joining social insurance in 2019, 33.9 percent in 2020, and 35.6 percent in 2021.
