Leaders of various countries have extended their greetings to their Vietnamese counterparts on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2).
On the occasion of Vietnam’s 77th National Day (September 2), leaders of foreign parties, countries and international organisations have sent messages and letters of congratulations to the Southeast Asian nation’s leaders.
Leaders of Laos, China, Cambodia, Cuba, Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Myanmar have sent messages and letters of congratulations to Vietnamese Party and State leaders on the country’s 75th anniversary of National Day (September 2).
The Vietnamese Embassy in China held a ceremony to mark the 74th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day in Beijing on September 11 with the participation of Chinese officials and representatives of foreign diplomatic corps and the Vietnamese expatriate community.
As many as 50,066 people, including 1,462 foreigners, paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi during the National Day holiday which lasts from August 31 to September 2.
