Meeting with Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, President Phuc suggests the State Duma work closely with the Vietnam National Assembly to better perform the role of the High-Level Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the two legislative bodies in order to strengthen the Vietnam - Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
