Sen. Lt. Gen., Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security (MPS), on April 5, attended a ceremony in Hanoi to open the Book and Reading Culture Day with the theme "The People's Public Security Forces read and study all their life, following great Uncle Ho's example" and launched a project to build the "Ho Chi Minh bookcase" in the People's Public Security Forces.

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on April 16 organized the opening ceremony of the book exhibition “Public Security Forces follow Uncle Ho’s teachings” to introduce various books and authors, and launch a reading movement within the Public Security Forces.

PSNews - The Department of Party and Political Work under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on March 28 held a meeting to roll out the MPS's plans on organizing a book exhibition and reading movement themed "Public Security Forces following Uncle Ho's teachings."
