Following Uncle Ho’s teachings, the Party and State always attach great importance to the building and development of a learning society, especially the development of a reading culture in the community through the master plan on development of the library, journalism and publishing industry.

In this circumstance, the MPS has been investing much in upgrading the public security library network, and implementing appropriate mechanisms and policies to encourage public security officers and soldiers to read, he added.

In the buildup to the 75th year since President Ho Chi Minh gave the 6 teachings to the People's Public Security Forces (March 11, 1948 - March 11, 2023), the MPS launched the movement "The People's Public Security Forces read and study all their life, following great Uncle Ho's example" in the entire People's Public Security Forces.
