Hanoi has put 95.31% of dengue hotbeds under control with no new infections in a 14 day period, while the other 240 remained active, according to statistics from the city’s Department of Health.
PSNews- Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) requested police units at all levels to strengthen the prevention and control of dengue fever in their localities.
PSNews-As many as 9,000 dengue patients currently hospitalized and the increased number of new cases in the past two weeks show that the situation of dengue remains complex in Hanoi.
A crisis is rapidly unfolding in Vietnam as the number of people killed by the dengue outbreak in the Southeast Asian country has now reached 15, says the Ministry of Health.
