The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on December 1 issued a dispatch requesting its subordinate agencies and units to respond actively to natural disasters.

A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) led by Deputy Minister Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son visited Ha Tinh province on November 17 and offered support to flood-hit people and police officers in the province.

Kim Hoa Kindergarten in Kim Hoa commune, Huong Son district of Ha Tinh, was submerged due to heavy rains caused by Storm No.9.
