Within the framework of his visit to the Russian Federation and attendance at the first International Security Forum organized by the Security Council of Russia, General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, attended the signing ceremony of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) on cooperation in technology, security, and digital infrastructure between Vietnamese and Russian enterprises, on the morning of May 26 in Moscow.
