Within the framework of his visit to Russia to attend the first International Security Forum, Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang held separate talks with Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Aleksandr Kurenkov and Russian Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, on the afternoon of May 26 (local time).
