HCMC Police celebrate 80th Anniversary of People’s Security Force

The Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a conference, on July 2, to review the People’s Public Security Forces’ (PPSF) implementation of tasks in the first six months of 2026, and evaluate the one-year implementation of the two-tier local police model linked to new administrative boundaries.

The NA Chairman stressed that under all circumstances, the force must remain absolutely loyal to the Party, the nation and the people, while upholding the principle of the Party’s absolute, direct and comprehensive leadership – specifically through the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security.

The 2nd Annual Conference of Ministers of Public Security and Interior of Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam took place, on the morning of June 30, in the Cambodian capital city of Phnom Penh.
