The People's Public Security Newspaper respectfully presents the English version of the congratulatory letter from the Deputy Minister:

Dear generations of Party inspection officers in the People’s Public Security Forces,

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Party Inspection Force (October 16, 1948 – October 16, 2026), on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Public Security Party Organization, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and the Inspection Commission of the Executive Committee of the Public Security Party Organization, I would like to extend my warmest regards and best wishes to all generations of Party inspection officers in the People’s Public Security Forces and their families.

Over 78 years of force building and development, the Party Inspection Force has continuously strengthened, upholding the tradition of “Absolute loyalty, solidarity, honesty, integrity, discipline, and dedication”, affirming its position, role, and significant contributions to the building and rectification of the Party and the political system. In these collective achievements, the team of Party inspection officers within the People’s Public Security Forces has always demonstrated strong political will, maintained discipline and order, set exemplary standards, and shown dedication in overcoming difficulties to excellently fulfill assigned tasks. Their efforts have contributed to consolidating and strictly maintaining discipline, controlling power, and preventing corruption, wastefulness, and negative phenomena; thereby building a clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People’s Public Security Force. On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Public Security Party Organization, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, and the Inspection Commission of the Central Public Security Party Committee, I highly commend and acknowledge the efforts, achievements and contributions of all generations of Party inspection officers in the People’s Public Security Forces.

I urge Party committees, Party organizations, inspection commissions at all levels, and Party inspection officers in the People’s Public Security Forces to continue promoting tradition, unity, and consensus; to constantly enhance knowledge, innovate thinking and working methods; and to proactively advise and effectively implement Party inspection work with a focus on “targeted, prioritized inspections; regular supervision,” in the time ahead. It is essential to identify, prevent, warn, detect, and strictly handle violations early and from afar. Each Party inspection officer in the People’s Public Security Forces must continuously study and cultivate revolutionary moral qualities, and strive to embody the motto: “Firm in principles, proficient in expertise, exemplary in character, sharp in problem detection, impartial in assessment, and courageous in conclusions”, striving to excellently fulfill the tasks entrusted by the Party, the State, and the people..

With sincere regards and determination to win!
