Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc affirmed that this activity forms part of the routine supervision exercised by the Executive Committee of the Public Security CPV Organization over provincial and municipal police forces and MPS operational units. Monitoring the implementation of Central directives and resolutions right from the initial rollout phase, in line with Politburo guidance, enables the Executive Committee of the Public Security CPV Organization, MPS leadership and local police leaders to promptly identify and address operational shortcomings. Concurrently, it helps highlight exemplary practices, emerging models, and innovative approaches across proactive units.

Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc requested the Dong Nai Provincial Police Party Committee to direct the drafting of a report strictly adhering to the provided outline, ensuring objectivity, comprehensiveness, and factual accuracy. Subordinate Party organizations were instructed to compile all relevant files and supporting documentation for timely submission to the Team.

To clarify the leadership role of the Dong Nai Provincial Police Party Committee, Team No. 07 will conduct direct working sessions with selected Party organizations, units, and local police forces. This will serve to evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 8th Congress of the Executive Committee of the Public Security CPV Organization on safeguarding national security, maintaining social order and safety, and building the People's Public Security Forces.

Through this oversight, the inspection team will assess key achievements, pinpoint limitations, determine collective and individual responsibilities, and propose strategic solutions to enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, contributing to clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Dong Nai Provincial Police Forces.

At the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Police Department Major General Nguyen Duc Hai presented an executive summary of the leadership's efforts and implementation outcomes under the supervision scope. He affirmed that the Dong Nai Provincial Police Party Committee will strictly comply with all decisions and plans of the Executive Committee of the Public Security CPV Organization, offering full cooperation and documentation to facilitate the inspection.
