PSNews – Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung chaired the Ministry of Public Security's regular citizen reception for September 2026, on the morning of September 15, 2026, at the Citizen Reception Office of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), located at No. 99 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, Ha Noi.

The meeting was also attended by Chief Inspector of the MPS Lieutenant General Bui Quang Thanh, Deputy Chief Inspector of the MPS Senior Colonel Phan Thi Loan, and representatives from operational divisions under the MPS Inspectorate.

During the working session, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung personally heard petitions, complaints, denunciations, and feedback presented by citizens regarding issues falling under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security. These included grievances that remained unresolved, cases which were deemed to be handled unsatisfactorily, and instances where citizens had yet to receive official responses.

The Deputy Minister carefully examined each petition and directly addressed matters within the remit of the MPS, while expressing empathy for the people who were facing difficulties and problems. He instructed the MPS Inspectorate to receive all case files and forward them to leadership of relevant MPS units and local police departments for review and resolution in accordance with legal procedures.

He underscored that detailed outcomes be submitted to the MPS Inspectorate, which would then report to the Ministry's leadership.

Furthermore, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung provided clear guidance to citizens whose complaints or denunciations fell outside the jurisdiction of the MPS, advising them on how to submit their petitions to the appropriate competent authorities for resolution.

The attending citizens expressed their gratitude to Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and functional units for directly receiving their petitions, providing clear explanations and guidance, and issuing timely directives to address their concerns.
