It is tasked with delivering both the national general education curriculum – guided professionally by the local DET – and specialized programs overseen by the MPS. Beyond academic instruction, the school acts as a social welfare initiative to protect and support vulnerable children in alignment with State and ministerial guidelines.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Pham The Tung emphasized that the school's establishment reflects the Public Security Force' ‘commitment to social welfare. He noted that it stands as a concrete result of the "Three Bests" emulation movement of the Public Security Forces ("Most Disciplined – Most Loyal – Closest to the People"), reinforcing the forces’ contributions to national development in the new era.

To ensure the school successfully fulfills its core objectives, Deputy Minister Tung urged local police units and local authorities to build the education institution into an "outstanding, exemplary, comprehensive and sustainable" educational model at both national and regional levels.

He stressed that all development efforts should center around children from disadvantaged, ethnic minority and policy-beneficiary local families.
