Welcoming the delegation of Turkish senior executives to the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that the Ministry prioritizes expanding ties with experienced international partners to access cutting-edge technologies and security solutions, serving the goal of building a regular, elite, and modern People’s Public Security Forces.
Recently, delegations from the Ministry traveled to Turkey to directly inspect and evaluate security products and technical solutions offered by ICT Group and ANVI Group. Minister Luong Tam Quang highlighted these field visits as practical steps toward establishing a clear mutual understanding of capabilities, requirements, and future avenues for collaboration.
He expressed confidence that the corporate leaders' visit to Hanoi will foster deeper exchanges, strengthening broader cooperation between Vietnam and Turkey.
Highlighting the Ministry’s active drive toward digital transformation, AI adoption, and force modernization, General Luong Tam Quang noted that Vietnamese public security units are consulting international experience on data integration, security surveillance, early-warning systems, and next-generation perimeter protection for detention facilities against emerging technological threats.
During this process, the Ministry of Public Security is coordinating with relevant units to research and consult international experience on data integration, security monitoring, and early warning of safety risks. At the same time, the Ministry is exploring solutions to protect detention facilities against newly emerging security challenges that arise alongside the rapid development of science and technology.
To deepen and make the cooperative relationship between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and ICT Group and ANVI Group increasingly practical, Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed his desire that the two corporations continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for the functional units of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to increase direct contact with leading Turkish enterprises in the security industry sector.
On that basis, the parties can study and promote technology transfer, as well as the manufacture of support tools, equipment, and specialized vehicles serving the work of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety.
Another direction of cooperation emphasized by the Minister is to continue maintaining the exchange of experience and researching solutions for building smart detention facility models with centralized management and administration, while accelerating digital transformation and the application of AI in management work.
The two sides can also strengthen discussions on solutions to ensure the security and safety of detention facilities, proactively preventing and combating newly emerging security threats, including risks related to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Minister Luong Tam Quang highly appreciated the interest and goodwill for cooperation shown by ICT Group and ANVI Group. At the same time, he expressed his belief that the exchange and learning activities between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the two corporations will create a stronger foundation for all parties to identify suitable and effective areas of cooperation in the coming time.
On behalf of the delegation, the leaders of ICT Group and ANVI Group respectfully thanked Minister Luong Tam Quang for taking the time to receive them, while expressing their impression of the orientations of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in the application of science, technology, digital transformation, and modernization of the People's Public Security force.
The leaders of the two corporations affirmed that they value the opportunity to cooperate with the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and are ready to enhance exchanges, share experiences, and introduce technological solutions suitable for practical needs. At the same time, they will coordinate in researching possibilities for cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including the security industry, management and security assurance of detention facilities, data integration, AI application, and solutions to respond to new security challenges.
The leaders of ICT Group and ANVI Group believe that, based on the initial exchange results and the interest of all parties, the cooperative relationship with the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam will continue to be promoted in a practical and effective direction, making a positive contribution to the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Turkey.
