The Vietnam People’s Public Security Forces respectfully cherish the profound sentiments, deep concern and invaluable contributions of Lao National Assembly Chairman Xaysomphone Phomvihane to consolidating and strengthening the cooperative relations between the public security forces of the two nations.

The decision to promote Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General reaffirms the recognition of the Party and the State of the People's Public Security Forces (PPSF).
