General To Lam, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security, presided over a meeting with representatives from all agencies under the Ministry of Public Security and provincial-level police departments on the occasion of Traditional New Year on February 7.
On the occasion of the Vietnamese traditional New Year (Tet) 2020 - Year of the Rat, General To Lam, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security has sent best wishes to all officers, soldiers, students and contractors at the Ministry of Public Security as well as retired officers, invalids and relatives of martyrs of the Public Security Forces.
