Public service officials have been helping locals boost their digital skills using straightforward, practical, and easy-to-understand methods.

Under the plan, activities will be carried out nationwide at all administrative levels, from provinces and centrally run cities to communes, wards and special zones. VFF committees and socio-political organisations are required to engage directly with local communities through dialogues and meetings, with special attention given to vulnerable groups and those outside mass organisations.

According to the Ministry of Finance's one-year review report on the restructuring of administrative units and the operation of the two-tier local administration model, the first phase of handling 25,885 state-owned land and property facilities has been completed nationwide.

Chairing a national conference on the organisation of the examination on June 18, the PM highlighted the historical significance of the examination, as the restructuring of provincial-level administrative units is underway and the two-tier local administration model is set to officially begin operations on July 1.
