Associate Professor, Doctor Luong Ngoc Khue, Director of the Medical Services Administration and Director of the Project said: "Our project has been conducted in the provinces of Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lai Cai and Yen Bai. After 4 years of implementation, we have established a Direction Office for Healthcare Activities (DOHA) network, and have saved patients' data on a software system."

Japanese experts actively provided technical guidance on archiving and analyzing data, contributing to developing and expanding this concept in the time ahead.

Thanks to DOHA, provincial general hospitals and district hospitals have closely cooperated in transferring patients from a lower-level hospital to an upper-level one in a convenient manner, and gradually improving professional capacity for local provincial- and district- level hospitals.

Two similar seminars will be held in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang city respectively on March 1st and March 3rd.
