Speaking at the exhibition, Ambassador Mai Phan Dung, Head of the Permanent Mission of Vietnam in Geneva, emphasized that the exhibition serves as a prime example not only of the beauty of Vietnam's landscapes and people but also of contemporary cultural characteristics. These range from the diversity and richness of customs and practices in the daily lives of ethnic groups, the respect for and preservation of traditional values expressed through tangible and intangible historical heritage, to the aspiration to embrace noble humanitarian values in the process of national integration and development.
Each photograph is an authentic moment, a story of a Vietnam on its development journey, steadfastly preserving its unique cultural identity, nurturing a humanitarian spirit in all aspects of life, and actively and proactively integrating into the global flow.

As an active and responsible member of the UN, Vietnam continuously improves its legal framework and implements policies prioritizing women, children, people with disabilities, and ethnic minorities through free education, comprehensive healthcare, and economic development in remote areas.
