New Director of Thua Thien - Hue Police appointed

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on November 8 organized a meeting to announce decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel allotment to the Thue Thien – Hue Police.

The event saw the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong, Commander of the Mobile Police; Major General Le Cong Hoang, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Public Security Central Party Committee and representatives from the MPS Office and relevant agencies under the MPS, and leaders of the Thua Thien - Hue provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh announced the decision by the Minister of Public Security to post Senior Colone lLe Quoc Hung, Director of the Thua Thien – Hue Police, to the Inspection Committee of the Public Security Central Party Committee.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh also announced a decision to appoint Senior Colonel Nguyen Quoc Doan, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command to Director of the Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Police Department.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh congratulated Senior Colonel Le Quoc Hung and Senior Colonel Nguyen Quoc Doan on their new appointments, and hoped that, on their new positions, they would strive to fulfil all given tasks.

He also took the chance to extend deep gratitude to the Party organizations, authorities and people of Thua Thien – Hue for their valuable supports for the local police force in the past time.
