The Chinese man was suffering from a stroke.

The Vietnam Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center directed the Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center of Region III to coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City coastal maritime communications station to contact with ship HAI SU 2 and give medical advice.
