North Korea: ‘’The US monopoly of nuclear weapons is already over’

North Korea declared on 10-9 to not succumb by the threat of US nuclear attack, after the 5th nuclear warheads test – the largest test in history, the Rodong Sinmun newspaper reported.

"The time when America could unilaterally threaten by using nuclear weapons to against the Democratic People's Republic of (North) Korea has gone," Rodong Sinmun wrote in an editorial.

"The US is offended seeing North Korea has been gradually achieving strong military improvement," the newspaper wrote.

The international community has strongly condemned North Korea after the implementation of the latest nuclear test, causing an artificial earthquake of 5.3 magnitude on the morning sharply 9-9. United Nations Security Council began considering the latest sanctions for Pyongyang.

In addition to newspaper editorials on Rodong Sinmun, the National News Agency KCNA also "attacked" South Korean President Park Geun-hye by calling her the "henchmen" of the invading foreign powers.

Rodong Sinmun warned South Korea authorities that North Korea has the right to develop a nuclear deterrent force for self-defense.

"The Democratic People's Republic of (North) Korea will not change the decision, even when the American henchman colonial authority and the ‘slave’ of foreign forces such as Park Geun-hye screaming".

Korea, Japan and the US issued a statement to strengthen measures tougher sanctions against North Korea.
