The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) organized a groundbreaking ceremony for new houses for people affected by natural disasters, on August 22nd, in Thai Nguyen.

Vietnam needs a financial protection strategy to better protect its population and budget against the cost imposed by natural disasters.
