Most of the opinions say it’s necessary to look straight into the truth to find out the cause of degradation of political ideology, morality, and lifestyle in apart of Party members. If there is no resolute determination to root out the problems, Party building measures would not gain effective results and they are just temporary measures.
Be more resolute in Party building
The public and Party members say the 4th session of the 12th Party Central Committee has summarized and upheld lessons from the 4th session of the 11th Party Central Committee in building and strengthening the Party to issue a resolution that is close to reality. It targets to improve the enforcement and efficiency of anti-corruption and red-tape activities and improve people’s trust in the Party.

Party building begins from every member
Analyzing “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party, Doctor Nguyen Viet Chuc, former vice Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee of Culture, Education, Youth, and Children, says it’s necessary to keep the Party unblemished, improve its performance, and gain people’s trust.
If Party members don’t improve themselves, moral and lifestyle degradation will lead to self-evolution and self-transformation. “The resolution sets that every Party member has to train themselves in difficult circumstances. If the Party members haven’t fulfilled their duty, it’s self-transformation.”
Former deputy chief of staff of the Naval Force, Colonel Trinh Khac Thuyet has been a Party member for 65 years. “Leaders at all levels should be moral examples for their sub-ordinates.
