Unique ritual procession to celebrate Lunar New Year

A unique ritual procession was held at The Mieu temple in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on January 26 to worship all of the Kings of the Nguyen Dynasty on the occasion of Lunar New Year festival or Tet.

The event opened with the title “Dang Tien Huong Xuan” and is co-organised by the Hue City and Hue Monuments Conservation Centre.

During the course of the occasion, a number of traditional crafts, specialties, and typical products of local craft villages, businesses, and localities were introduced to guests.
