10 outstanding young officers of Hanoi City Police honored

The Hanoi City Police Department held a ceremony to honor outstanding young officers of the capital’s police force in 2024 and to launch an intensive campaign mobilizing the youth of the local police to take the lead in ensuring security and order for Party congresses at all levels, major national events and international conferences to take place in Hanoi in 2025, on the morning of March 11, 2025.

The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Public Security Major General Dang Hong Duc, Director of the Hanoi City Police Department Major General Nguyen Thanh Tung and Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation Nguyen Tuong Lam.

Over the past time, under the leadership of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Hanoi City Police Department have attached great importance to promoting the pivotal role of the youth of the capital city’s police force.

As a reulst, the youth of the Hanoi City Police Force has made significant contributions to safeguarding national security, maintaining social order and safety as well as effectively supporting the capital’s socio-economic development and international integration.

At the ceremony, ten outstanding young officers of the Hanoi City Police Force in 2024 were honored.

They are the young officers who have attained remarkable achievements in the fields of education and training, scientific research and technological application, arts and sports, as well as in implementing their professional tasks.

They have also set bright examples in self-improvement to attain revolutionary virtues as well as in Youth Union activities and youth movements.

On this occasion, to create a vibrant emulative atmosphere among young officers of local police units, the Hanoi City Police Department launched an intensive campaign to mobilize its youth to take the lead in ensuring security and order for Party congresses at all levels, major national events and international conferences scheduled to take place in Hanoi in 2025.
