59 organizations and individuals honored for outstanding results in IT development

PSNews - The Tay Ninh Provincial Police has built other 3 software applications namely: software of crime reporting and criminal investigation; software of management of newly released prisoners; software of fining administrative violations of order and security and management of drug addicts.

The Tay Ninh Provincial Police held a meeting on October 14 to review the ten-year implementation of the Law on Information Technology and the two-year implementation of the Resolution of the Party Central Committee of Public Security on "Promoting the application and development of information and technology (IT) within the Public Security Forces".

Speaking at the meeting, Senior Colonel Nguyen Tri Phuong, Director of the Tay Ninh Provincial Police stated that, since 2006, the force has actively studied and put into operation the software of demographic management.

Besides, the force has built other 3 software applications namely: software of crime reporting and criminal investigation; software of management of newly released prisoners; software of fining administrative violations of order and security and management of drug addicts.

In general, after the ten years of implementation of the Law on Information Technology and the two years of implementation of the Resolution of the Party Central Committee of Public Security on "Promoting the application and development of information and technology in the new context", officers and soldiers within the unit have been able to use  computers and software applications efficiently to save time and improve the quality of work.

On this occasion, the Tay Ninh Provincial Police presented certificates of merit to 14 organizations and individuals  for their outstanding achievements in applying and developing information technology.
