5th Public Security Forces’ Regulations, Shooting and Martial Arts Competition in Northern region closes

The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held the closing ceremony for the final round of the 5th Public Security Forces’ Regulations, Shooting and Martial Arts Competition for officers of if affiliated agencies and units in the Northern region on August 14 in Hoa Binh.

The 12 teams participating in the games were Emulation Groupings 2 and 4, the People’s Public Security Academy and People’s Police Academy, and the Municipal/Provincial Police Departments of Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Ha Nam, Lao Cai and Thua Thien – Hue.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Senior Colonel Le Hong Hiep, Vice Director of the Department of Party and Political Work and Vice Head of the Competition’s Organizing Board, highlighted that the competition was successfully organized in line with the Ministry’s plans.

The team of the Hanoi Municipal Police Department won the first place, the Municipal Police of Hai Phong and the People’s Police Academy shared the second while the third prize went to the Emulation Grouping 4, the Provincial Police Departments of Lao Cai and Hoa Binh.

The organizers also presented 23 other prizes to outstanding individuals and teams.
