Minister To Lam urged all delegates to thoroughly analyze the results of task performances, point out limitations and difficulties in performing the assigned tasks, recommend solutions and make forecasts on the trend of the security and order situation in the upcoming time.

They should also identify both opportunities and challenges that the Ministry of Public Security and its affiliated agencies and units would face when performing their missions of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, and building the People’s Public Security Forces as comprehensively strong, clean forces capable of completing all assignments.
