77 outstanding public security youth projects honored

The Youth Union Chapter of the Public Security Forces held a ceremony on October 17 to honor 77 outstanding youth projects in the 2017-2022 period.

At the event, a dance festival themed “Colors of Public Security Youth” took place, and winners of a song-writing and symbol-designing contest were named.

The event is part of the “Creative Public Security Youth Festival” on the sidelines of the 22nd Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organization of the Public Security Forces.

The event saw the presence of Vice Director of the Department of Party and Political Affairs Senior Colonel Ngo Hoai Thu, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee Nguyen Tuong Lam, and other delegates.

Among hundreds of projects carried out by young public security officers nationwide, the organizing board had chosen the 77 most meaningful ones to honor at the event.

Under the authority of the MPS leadership, Senior Colonel Ngo Hoai Thu congratulated the honorees and highlighted that the projects are made from the enthusiasm, intelligence and aspiration of youths of the Public Security Forces.

She also hoped that Youth Union chapters of public security agencies and units at all levels would further promote creativity, innovation in their activities in the coming time.
