Based on the social characteristics and actual situation of each commune or township in Cau Ke, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Trieu actively advises leaders of the Cau Ke District Police Station to pilot self-management security models in the locality.

Currently, many security models such as model of building a drug-free area, model involving local women in crime prevention, and model of school violence prevention.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Trieu considers mass mobilization a very important political task in ensuring public order, security and safety.

According to him, in order to well manage each area and promote the “All people protecting security” movement, each local police officer should always be close and open-minded over local people. They should also promptly discover and deal with pressing issues among local people from grassroots levels.

He always uses his sharp mind and logic thinking to deal with difficult situations or find answers to tough questions in regard to typical features of each locality”, said Senior Lieutenant Colonel Vo Van Liet, Deputy Head of the Cau Ke District Police Station.

Since 2016, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Trieu has received many certificates of merit from the Ministry of Public Security, the Tra Vinh Provincial Police Department and local authorities at all levels.
