"All people protecting National security" movement reviewed in Hanoi

PSNews – The Department for "All people protecting National security" Movement on January 17 held a meeting to review its task performance in 2018 and to roll out tasks for 2019 with the attendant of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security.

Reports at the event read that, in 2018, the department well performed its role in advising the Public Security Party Central Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security on various programs and measures to strengthen the building of the "All people protecting National security" movement and the work of mass mobilization.

The implementation of the “All people protecting National security" movement and the mass mobilization work of the Public Security Forces, accordingly, gained various positive results. Many good models in the fight against criminals were widely replicated. The whole political strength was mobilized for the work of ensuring security and social order.

For their outstanding achievements last year, may individuals and collectives of the Department for "All people protecting National security" Movement were presented with noble awards by the Ministry of Public Security.

Addressing the event, on behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son recognized and praised the achievements, obtained by the force in charge of the “All people protecting National security" movement in recent times.

The Deputy Minister of Public Security pointed out some key missions for the force, stressing that the Department for "All people protecting National security" Movement should strictly adhere to the working themes of the whole Public Security Forces in 2019 "To complete institutions and strengthen grassroots-level units" in couple with the motto of the whole Public Security Forces "Proactive, exemplary, disciplined, responsible and efficient”.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son urged the unit to pay more attention to the Party building and force building, with a focus on raising discipline observance and improving working styles of all cadres and officers.

He also asked the Department for "All people protecting National security" Movement to innovate new outstanding models in movements, contributing to firmly protecting national security and maintaining political security and social order.
