Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and addressed the event. It was also participated by Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Bac Ninh Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Vice Secretary of Bac Ninh Party Committee, Chairman of Bac Ninh People’s Committee.
Colonel Nguyen Van Toan, Director of Bac Ninh Fire Police gave the anniversary speech, noting the 55years of development, Bac Ninh Fire Police always had an important role to play in ensuring fire safety, security and social order, making contributions to national defense in the past as well as the present economic renovation.

At the event, Vice Minister Nguyen Van Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh noted and honored merits achieved by Bac Ninh Fire Police in the last 55 years.
In the time to come, Bac Ninh Fire Police is expected to further enhance information dissemination and education on legal regulations relating to fire safety and rescue, contributing to better awareness and behavior of leaders of organizations and the masses.

The Deputy Minister suggests Bac Ninh Fire Police proactively propose to functional agencies to invest in firefighting equipments, have acumen in basic investigation, synchronously implement methods to conduct effective prevention and solutions in case of fire. He also notes that further priorities should be given to development of Fire Rescue Police Force and education and training of officers with political acumen, knowledge in fields of legal regulations, technology and foreign languages. High-tech applications for better fire warning are also appreciated to develop.
At the ceremony, Bac Ninh Fire Police is honored with the Second Class Feat Order and Emulation Flag of Excellence by the Provincial People’s Committee. Colonel Nguyen Van Toan received Third Class Feat Order by Prime Minister; other 1 fire unit and officer were honored with Certificate of Merits by Prime Minister.
