At 1 pm of Nov. 24, the depression’s centre was at 9.9 degrees north latitude and 126.0 degrees east longitude, in the eastern sea area south of the Philippines with sustained wind speeds of 40 – 50km per hour.

In next 24 hours, the tropical depression is predicted to move west-northwest at 15 – 20 km per hour. At 1 pm of Nov. 25, its centre will be at 11.2 degrees north latitude and 122.2 degrees east longitude with the with sustained wind speeds of 40 – 50km per hour, according to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
If it enters the East Sea, this will be the eighth typhoon to hit Vietnam this year.
