Binh Duong Provincial Police honors 350 outstanding individuals and teams

PSNews – The Provincial Police Department of Binh Duong organized a ceremony on March 28 to review the movement of “All people protecting national security” in 2018 and roll out new action plans for the movement in 2019.

Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Vo Van Phuc, Vice Director of the Binh Duong Provincial Police, stated that the provincial police had actively advised the local leadership and relevant agencies, and guided localities of the province to promote the movement “All people protecting national security”; at the same time, the provincial police gave timely advice to the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Party Committee on appropriate approaches to conducting the movement so as to mobilize the comprehensive strength of the entire political system and called for the participation of the people in maintaining security and order. Particularly, the people provided the police force with 5,000 valuable pieces of information in support of the investigation of 2,144 cases; gave up 21 guns of all kinds and 501 rudimental weapons to the functional forces.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People’s Committee and Provincial Police of Binh Duong honored 350 individuals and groups for their positive contributions to the cause of protecting national security and public order.
