The book “Vo Nguyen Giap – Vi tuong cua nhan dan” (Vo Nguyen Giap - The People's General”, published in Vietnamese-English, Vietnamese-French, Vietnamese-Spanish, Vietnamese-Chinese and Vietnamese-Arabic languages, delves into the life and revolutionary career of the General, the esteemed elder brother of the Vietnam People's Army and the beloved Commander-in-Chief of Vietnamese military generals and soldiers.

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth, said with love, pride and deep gratitude to those who made the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory History, National Political Publishing House Truth organized the launching ceremony of the book "Vo Nguyen Giap - General of the People" published in Vietnamese and bilingual in 5 languages ​​including Vietnamese-English, Vietnamese-French, Vietnamese -Spain, Vietnamese-Chinese, Vietnamese-Arab, to contribute to meeting the learning and research needs of domestic and foreign readers about the life and career of General Vo Nguyen Giap.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, the great victories of the Vietnamese revolution that General and Commander-in-Chief Vo Nguyen Giap contributed to have changed the course of the nation's history, affecting strongly influenced world history, making him a famous general of all times, leaving a brilliant mark in military history, contributing to enriching Vietnamese military art and forming Vietnamese military doctrine. In the Ho Chi Minh era, it left profound value for the work of building an all-people national defense and firmly protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.
