CAND Newspaper and its partners support poor people in Southern Centre

PSNews – A charitable mission of the Public Security (CAND) Newspaper on January 25, 26 and 27 visited various communes of Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan to support local people facing difficulties in life.

The charitable delegation of the CAND Newspaper visited Tan Xuan commune (Tay Son district) and Canh Hiep, Van Canh district of Binh Dinh; Ninh Hoa town of Khanh Hoa province; Phuoc Thai commune, Ninh Phuoc district and Phuoc Nam commune, Thuan Nam district of Ninh Thuan province.

Cam village (Tay Xuan district) is home to 50 households with 170 residents of the Bahnar ethnic group. All are facing difficulties in life, said Colonel Vo Tuan Tai, Vice Head of the Political Work Division of the Binh Dinh Provincial Police, who joined the charitable delegation of the CAND Newspaper on the trip to Tay Xuan commune, Tay Son district.

Vice Secretary of the Tan Xuan Party Committee thanked the CAND Newspaper and Dai Nam Company (Binh Duong) for their meaningful donation, serving as a source of encouragement for the poor in the locality.

The charitable delegation of the CAND Newspaper continued their trip to Suoi Da village, Canh Hiep commune, Van Canh district, which is a mountainous locality in the Southwest of Binh Dinh. The mission presented 50 gifts to poor local people. According to Le Xuan Sang, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee and Head of the communal quasi-police force, the commune is home to 189 households with 765 people of the Cham ethnic minority.

The charitable delegation also visited and presented 100 gifts to ethnic people in Ninh Tay commune, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa.

The charitable delegation of CAND Newspaper on January 27 visited and presented 100 gifts to people in Phuoc Thai commune, Ninh Phuoc district and Phuoc Nam commune, Thuan Nam district, each gift was worth VND 500,000.
