Central Highlands localities targets 113,000 new jobs in 2020

More than a source of income, a suitable job gives peope with disabilities a chance to demonstrate their abilities, gain respect and participate in society on an equal footing.

The central province of Nghe An is focusing on addressing challenges in fisheries surveillance infrastructure and vessels to increase its capacity to monitor and control fishing activities and combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing.

The southern province is tightening fleet management, addressing regulatory gaps and supporting fishermen in completing procedures and shifting livelihoods.
