Central Public Security Party Committee reviews observance of Party regulations

PSNews - The Inspection Commission under the Central Public Security Party Committee organized a conference on July 16 to review the inspection, supervision and observance of the Party discipline in the public security forces in the first half of 2018. 

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Chairman of the Inspection Committee, attended the conference. The event also saw the presence of Vice Head of the Central 1A Department under the Central Inspection Commission of the CPV Nguyen Trung Ha.

In the first 6 months of 2018, the Inspection Commission of Central Public Security Party Committee and inspection commissions at all levels of the public security forces carried out plans and fulfilled all given tasks.

 The Inspection Commission made proposals to higher levels to develop, issue, and implement the inspection and supervision program of the Central Public Security Party Committee its Standing Board, and the Inspection Commission of the Central Public Security Party Committee in 2018. 

The program focuses on the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Party’s resolutions in certain areas to ensure security and order; the responsibility to set examples of Party members, especially key leaders at all levels; and the practice of thrift and anti-wastefulness.

The settlement of issues related to complaints and the review of Party disciplinary activities have been carried out quickly and completely in line with regulations. The inspection over Party members with signs of violation has been promoted, showing the concern of Party organizations and the determination of inspection commissions at all levels.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh asked all Party organizations and inspection commissions to check and implement all missions in accordance with the set schedules; further grasp situations and promote the supervision over Party organizations and Party members, particularly chiefs of units; and enhance management knowledge and sense of responsibility in inspection work for unit leaders.

The Deputy Minister also urged inspection commissions to take initiative in the work; promote direction in quick and complete settlement of complaints, particularly for complicated cases. Party organizations and inspection commissions are to review their work after each inspection and supervision session, especially after the settlement of complaints and after inspection over those with signs of violation… The work results must be announced in the Party organizations to prevent the recurrence of similar cases.
